KEIRA BALLAN (Belle) is beyond excited to be a part of this fantastic production! Keira has been a proud student of the Gateway School for the Performing Arts since 2012. Recent Credits include A Chorus Line SE (Cassie), Sound of Music (Louisa), and many more. Additionally, Keira co-wrote and performed in the original work Pierglass Park (Val), which premiered July 2021 at the Gateway. Huge thanks to her Gateway family for their continued love and support.
 
 
BRYNNE BALLAN (Ensemble, Dance Captain, Assistant Choreographer) is 15 years old, and has been going to Gateway for 10 summers now. Previous credits include: Lori/Dance Captain (A Chorus Line), Marta (The Sound of Music), Kate (Annie), Flounder (The Little Mermaid Jr.), and many more. She also practices stage managing and programming lights for the acting school. She wants to thank all of her teachers at Gateway, Brookhaven School of Dance, and American Ballet Studio.
 
LOGAN GREY BAXTER (Ensemble, u/s Babette) is excited to be joining Beauty and the Beast Jr. She has been a student at Gateway for 7 years. Some of her past shows include: Legally Blond Jr. (Margot), Jungle Book, Jr (Mogli), Wizard of Oz (Ensemble), Frozen Jr. (Olaf), 13: The Musical (Molly), Pierglass Park (Young Piper). Logan lives for musical theater. She hopes to one day direct as well. This performance is dedicated to her family.
 
 
CHLOE ROSE BLOOM (Mrs. Potts) is excited to join the cast of B&B in her final children's theater production! Favorite Gateway roles: Glinda, The Wizard of Oz and Elsa, Frozen Jr. (revival). Other regional credits: The Children's Hour (Modern Classics Theatre), Hunchback of Notre Dame (The Argyle), As You LIke It, Les Miserables (Gateway). Chloe will continue her education at The Eastman School of Music where she will study Opera. She is grateful for voice teacher Vivienne Grizzle-Jaber, Michael Baker & all Gateway mentors throughout the years!
 
 
SAGE COTTER (Ensemble, u/s Silly Girl) is grateful to be a Gateway student where she’s performed in numerous productions, including Thirteen (Lucy), Les Miserables (Young Cosette), Cinderella Kids (Cinderella), Seussical Kids (JoJo), Willy Wonka Kids (Veruca Salt) and on mainstage in Sound of Music (Brigitta), She also starred as Maleficent in French Wood’s Sleeping Beauty. Sage would like to thank her castmates, her wonderful teachers at Gateway and Stage Door, and her family and friends who always support her.
 
 
OLIVIA COX (Madame de la Grande Bouche, u/s Belle) is ecstatic to be performing in this production of Beauty and the Beast! Favorite credits include Guys and Dolls (Sarah Brown) and The Witch’s Princess (Gabriella). Olivia is currently a dancer at Stage Door School of Dance and privately trains voice with Linda Strasser. She would like to thank the cast and crew for this experience; and her family and friends for their continued support.
 
 
BAILEY ROSE DELAUTER (Ensemble) is overjoyed to make her conservatory debut at Gateway! Bailey has performed as a student at Gateway in the role of Peter Pan, Scat Cat and Veruca Salt, among others. Other credits: Darcy (Summer Camp Wars), Party Guest (Welcome to Hope TV Series) and Belle (Beauty and the Beast, WR School Musical). Bailey would like to thank her Parents, Easton, Autumn and her theater family for their support.
 
 
ALLIE DEMATTEO (Lumiere) is so happy to be performing at the Gateway again! Other credits include: The Diary of Anne Frank (Anne Frank, Patchogue Theatre), The Sound of Music (Brigitta, Gateway), Lion King Jr. (Young Nala, Gateway), Madagascar Jr. (Private, Gateway) and much more. Allie is represented by DDO Artists Agency. Thank you to my parents, friends and family, and all teachers that have helped me along the way!
 
 
EMMA ESMOND (Ensemble) studies musical theater at Gateway and is a teaching assistant. She was in Legally Blonde Jr., Frozen Jr., and Decedents Jr. at Gateway and is now thrilled to be in Beauty and the Beast Jr. She also played Ms. Honey in Matilda and Kate the orphan in Annie at the JWY theater. She will be attending Dominican College in Galway City, Ireland in the fall 2022 to further study musical theater and academics.
 
 
SKYLAR GREENE (Babette) is thrilled to return to the Gateway stage. Other credits include: The Gateway’s Holiday Spectacular on Ice (Youth singer, Gateway Main Stage), A Chorus Line: High School Edition (Kristine, The Gateway), The Little Mermaid, Jr. (Scuttle, The Gateway), and more. Skylar attended Norwalk Conservatory’s Pre-College Summer Intensive, as a singer/dancer. KENNETH HARKIN(Ensemble, u/s Beast) is 15 years old and attends William Floyd High School. On top of his love for theater and music, Kenneth is also a Floyd Varsity Cheerleader. Some of his favorite roles he’s played include Romeo Newsies and White Rabbit Alice In Wonderland. He is excited to be back on the stage. This is his 5th show at The Gateway and he is thrilled to be a part of the Beauty and the Beast cast!
 
 
SAMANTHA HAYES (Ensemble, u/s Silly Girl) is so excited to be joining the cast for yet another show at Gateway! She has been a proud Gateway student for nearly 7 years. Some of her recent credits include Holiday Spectacular on Ice (Youth Choir), Legally Blonde Jr. (Kate), Proof (Claire), Descendants Jr. (Chad), Frozen Jr. (Middle Anna), Aladdin Jr. (Ensemble), and The Jungle Book (Ensemble).
 
 
JAROD HIRSCH (Ensemble) is excited to be returning to the Gateway for Beauty & the Beast Jr, previously seen in A Christmas Story as Randy, A Chorus Line, Wizard of Oz, Holiday Spectacular on Ice and Legally Blond Jr. Other works: Fault Lines at MoMA, and Rising of the Warshaw Ghetto. Jarod takes voice lessons with Raquel Nobile, and Badiene Magaziner, tap with Vera Huff and is represented by Innovative Artists. When not on the stage he loves to figure skate.
 
 
DAVID LAFLER (Cogsworth) is thrilled to join the cast of BATB! David’s past credits include Les in Gateway’s production of Disney’s Newsies, Young Scrooge and Peter in A Christmas Carol & the Children’s Choir in Joseph at T3, as well as ensemble roles in Gateway’s Children’s Theatre productions of Mary Poppins, Jr., Aladdin, Jr., & The Wizard of Oz. David would like to thank Amy, Michael and Rachel for believing in him and giving him the opportunity to be part of this tale as old as time, his voice coach and amazing teachers at Stage Door for giving him the tools he needs to take the stage with grace, and his parents, siblings and grandparents for their love & support.
 
 
JOSEPH R. LAMARTINA (Ensemble, u/s Maurice) is grateful to be part of such an amazing cast and production. His love for theater started young with his first role in a production class as The Beast (Disney’s Beauty and the Beast Jr). Other production class roles include Scar (Disney’s The Lion King Jr), Baloo (Disney’s The Jungle Book Jr), and Jay (Disney’s Descendants Jr)! His favorite role was Daddy Warbucks (Annie) at South Ocean Middle School and King Triton (Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr) at Medford Elementary. He would like to thank his family and friends for all of their support during his acting journey and especially Miss Amy, Michael Baker, Rachel Colson and “Antman” for all of their encouragement and guidance over his years at Gateway Playhouse.

SYDNEY RAE MCHUGH (Ensemble) is so happy to be returning to the Gateway stage this summer! HALLE MORANA (Silly Girl) is thrilled to be returning back to the stage at The Gateway as part of the cast of Disney’s Beauty and The Beast Jr. She has been a proud student of the Gateway School for the Performing Arts since 2016. CIAN MURPHY (Chip) is so excited to be part of this wonderful production! MODUPE OJEBODE (Ensemble) is 13 years old and on her way to 9th grade. This is her first year acting at The Gateway Playhouse, and it has been a blast for her! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. She had so much fun and she has greatly improved in her acting skills. She hopes you enjoy the show!
 
 
AIDAN PASSARO (Beast) is excited to be back at the Gateway. You may have seen him on Gateway’s stage last summer as Mike in A Chorus Line or The Tin Man in Wizard of Oz. Some additional credits include Broadway/Tour: Kinky Boots (Young Charlie) Regional: A Christmas Story (Flick u/s Ralphie), Billy Elliot (Small Boy), Pricilla (Benji). Other: Lion King (Young Simba) and Chicago (Billy Flynn). Aidan would like to thank his parents, brothers, and the Beauty and the Beast Team.
 
 
MICHAEL RYAN PEDRA (Ensemble, u/s Gaston) is happiest on stage and has been part of the Gateway family for over six years. Other credits include: 13 (Brett), Legally Blonde Jr. (Professor Callahan), How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (TV announcer, ensemble, u/s Mr. Biggley), The Wizard of Oz (ensemble), Pierglass Park (Roger, Jackson understudy), Aladdin (ensemble), Holiday Spectacular on Ice (children’s choir) and many more.
 
 
ALBERT JACK PETERSON (Gaston) is ecstatic to be back on stage for his 16th Gateway musical! Regional credits include: The Sound of Music (Friedrich), A Christmas Story The Musical (ensemble, Flick u/s performed), Gypsy (newsboy), Beauty & The Beast (youth ensemble). RILEIGH PICKEN (Silly Girl, u/s Lumiere) is beyond excited to be back at The Gateway for another conservatory show! Her favorite roles include: Legally Blonde Jr. (Brooke Wyndham, Gateway Playhouse), Frozen The Musical (Young Anna, Gateway Playhouse), Clue (Mrs. Peacock, Bellport Senior High School) and many more! TRISTAN PRIN (Lefou) is over the moon to be playing the role of Lefou! His stage credits at The Gateway include; Legally Blonde Jr., (Emmett Forrest), 13 The Musical (Eddie), and The Seussification of Romeo and Juliet (Mercutio). Other theater work includes, Spookly the Square Pumpkin (Jack Scarecrow) at Smithtown Performing Arts Center and Annie (Bert Healy) at Ovations. Tristan would like to thank his Gateway family for their guidance and support!
 
SIENNA REEFER (Ensemble) is excited to be in this Summer's Children's Conservatory Show at the Gateway Playhouse. Sienna was in last Summer's Children's Conservatory show The Wizard of Oz (Ensemble). She was also in the Gateway show 13 the Musical (Rabbi/Ensemble) and has taken many classes at the Gateway School. This past spring Sienna played Dorothy in her middle school's musical The Wizard of Oz. She can't wait to see where her future on the stage takes her!
 
 
MIA ROFRANO (Ensemble, u/s Chip) is excited to be back for her 2nd year in the Children’s Theatre at Gateway! She was thrilled to be a part of The Wizard of Oz (Coroner) last summer and loves taking classes throughout the year at the Gateway Playhouse. She also participated in her school production of Seussical (Sour Kangaroo). Thanks Rachel and Amy for teaching me everything I know. Thanks to my family for supporting and driving me.
 
 
JOEY SALERNO (Maurice) is thrilled to be a part of this show! Joey’s previous credits include: Little Mermaid Jr (Pilot), Mary Poppins Jr (Robertson Aye), Rent (Steve), Beauty and The Beast (Lefou), and Cinderella (Jean-Michel). He is so excited for this to be his senior show, and thanks all of his teachers and family for their support!
 
 
BREANNA SCHECK (Silly Girl, u/s Mrs. Potts) is going into her junior year of high school. She has been taking musical theater classes at Gateway for two years now. Previous shows she has been in are Annie (Lily St.Regis), Mary Poppins (Mrs. Correy ) at Ovations dance academy, Guys And Dolls (Hot Box Chickadee) at Sayville Middle School, Fiddler On The Roof (Shprintze) and The Wedding Singer (Donetella ) at Sayville High School. Breanna is thrilled to be in this production surrounded by such amazing performers.
 
 
MARTY TIMLIN (Ensemble, u/s Lefou) is excited to be back at Gateway. Regional credits include As You Like It (Adam), Elf (Michael Hobbs), A Christmas Story (Grover Dill) & Beauty and the Beast (Chip). Marty has been in 3 national commercials for Audi & Annie’s Mac and Cheese. Thanks to Amy, Kaitlyn, Molly and the rest of the cast and crew for your hard work!
 
 
ABIGAIL WERNER (Ensemble) is very excited to be a part of her first Gateway production as an ensemble member and featured dancer! She is going into 11th grade and is part of the Stage Door School of Dance Elite Dance Company. Some previous roles include Lumiere, Gavroche, Morticia, Nala, and more! She would like to thank her family and the cast and crew of the show for their endless support!


 
RIPLEY GRASS (Student Stage Crew) has been working on her craft since 2019 with the Gateway and this is her first production experience, with many more to come. Her family couldn't be more excited and prouder.
 
AMY WOSCHNIK (Director) is a Long Island based director, teacher, actress, developer and collaborator. Previous credits include: Election Day, North Carolina (James Lipton Theatre), What Happened Was (New York Theatre Festival), Almost Maine, Tape, The Lover, Glamping (ASDS), Legally Blonde Jr., 13! The Musical (Gateway Playhouse). She is currently workshopping an original work called Stuck with Fred to premiere this fall! Amy has been teaching for the Gateway Acting School for 9 years; teaching and directing ages 7-18 in various productions and classes. She graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA in Acting and Actor’s Studio Drama School at Pace University with a MFA in Directing. KAITLYN LAGREGA (Choreographer) is a Long Island based performer who has been a part of the gateway school for the performing arts since 2019. She has taught dance while away at college and has been a dancer for 20+ years. She graduated with a BA in Musical Theater and has been teaching and performing here since then. She is so excited to have this opportunity to choreograph for Gateways children’s theater! A huge thank you to Amy, Michael, Paul, Rachel, Brynne Ballan and all my gateway family for their love and support. Special thanks to my mom, dad, and sister for being by my side! Catch me as one of Ariel’s sisters in Gateways Little Mermaid July 15th to August 7th!!
 
ANTHONY VETERE (Music Director) He has been an accompanist for Gateway's acting school since 2015. He has also assisted with auditions for main stage productions at Gateway, including A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder and Newsies, and has also served as music director for their Children's Theatre production of Beauty and the Beast Jr. Anthony has also worked as a substitute keyboardist for the Gateway productions of Beauty and the Beast and Newsies. He has a B.M. and an M.M. in Music Performance from Five Towns College, where he has worked as an accompanist for the musical theater department. He has accompanied his students at Five Towns College for their final exam performances at venues including Don't Tell Mama in New York City, and as the rehearsal pianist for the Five Towns College Production of Hair. He has also worked as a keyboardist for the Theatre Three production of The Addams Family. In addition to his musical theater work, Anthony also works as a vocal accompanist at a local church, where he plays hymns and classical music. He has served as keyboardist for New York’s Most Dangerous Big Band, where he also arranged for the 20-piece big band ensemble. As a member of the ensemble, he participated at the Night on the Town benefit for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society - Long Island Chapter. Anthony has also been a member of a jazz quintet, where they performed jazz standards monthly at Treme. In addition, he has been a member of the Yeah, Whatever jazz sextet. This jazz group performed at Groove in New York City and also recorded a holiday album.
 
MOLLY CONKLIN (Production Stage Manager) is a proud graduate of SUNY Fredonia. Previous credits: Hair (PSM, FTC), Madagascar: A Musical Adventure (PSM, Engeman), Kinky Boots (ASM, Engeman). When she’s not at Gateway Playhouse, you can find her working with the John W. Engeman Theater, CircleUp Theatre, and New York Theater Barn. JONAH VERDON (Sound Designer) is a New York-based audio engineer and sound designer. They aim to bring worlds to life sonically and create unique experiences for people to explore. Previous theatrical credits include the world premiere of Shayna Punim and Oberlin College's production of Next to Normal. Jonah has also mixed for the likes of Kassa Overall, Sammy Rae and the Friends, and their very own band showcase Hiohifest. They are thrilled to be A1 for this Gateway production, and are excited to continue to work with Gateway in the future!
 
MADISON BEEHNER (Directing Intern) is going into her sophomore year at Florida State University, getting a BA in Theatre. She has been involved with teaching in the Gateway Acting School, as well as performing in theater and film for almost her whole life. She is very grateful for the opportunity to work with such an amazing cast and crew.
