SONNIE BETTS (Ensemble u/s Bubbles, Gurgle, Peach) is excited to be a part of this creative production. Most recently she played Matilda in Matilda Jr. Regional credits include; The Sound of Music (Gretl), Ragtime (The Girl), A Christmas Carol (Grace Smythe) and Evita (Ensemble). Film/TV include Heartbreak on Murray Hill (Kathleen/supporting) and Evil Lives Here (Candace) respectively. Sonnie would like to thank Amy and Kaitlyn for their hard work in putting this fun show together.
ABBY CARAVELLA
(Bubbles, Ensemble) is so excited to play Bubbles in Finding Nemo Jr.! Abby has been a student at the Gateway Playhouse for 3 years. Abby was most recently in Matilda Jr. here at Gateway Playhouse as a part of the ensemble. Past roles include Vivienne in Legally Blonde Jr. and Charlotte in Thirteen the musical. Abby would like to thank the amazing directors and everyone who helped to make this awesome show a success.
JILLIAN CAULIN (Sheldon’s Mom, Ensemble) is super excited to be a part of her first show at the Gateway Playhouse after taking an acting class here. Some of her favorite roles she’s gotten to play include Regina George in Mean Girls Jr at the John W. Engeman Theater, El in By It’s Cover at the Producer’s Club Theaters in NYC, and Maleficent in Descendants at Stage 74. She is incredibly thankful to be given this opportunity to be in such an amazing show.
STEFANIA CONTE (Coral/Nigel) is ecstatic to be back for her third show at Gateway Playhouse! Past regional credits include: Matilda Jr. (Ensemble), Legally Blonde Jr. (Cashier/Ensemble). This September, she will enter her freshman year at William Floyd High School, where she hopes to become intimately involved with the school’s growing theatre program. Stefania wishes to thank Amy Woschnik, Kaitlyn LaGrega, Cass Fawcett and all her wonderful castmates for an amazing experience at Gateway Playhouse.
SOFIA DA COSTA-WILSON (Ensemble, u/s School Kids) is in her second summer with The Gateway Playhouse. Past performances include Evita Children's Choir, Gateway Playhouse, Lavender in Matilda Jr., Gateway Playhouse, Ivy League School's Broadway Revue under the direction of D. Michael Heath, The Nutcracker at The Tilles Center with Eglevsky Ballet, dance training in areas of ballet, tap, and jazz; specialization in traditional Portuguese Folklore dancing, and musical theatre/vocal training. Sofia is thankful to be working with such an amazing cast and leadership, and hopes to only further her musical theatre experience!
NOAH DASILVA (Ensemble) has been a student at Gateway school for the Performing Arts for 2 years and is so grateful for this opportunity to be a part of Finding Nemo Jr. His prior Gateway experience in production classes include Madagascar Jr. (Skipper) and Frozen Kids (Prince Hans). He has participated in school productions such as: Lion King Jr, (Pumba) and Raise your Voice. Noah was also a student at Barefoot Theatre where he participated in Annie Kids (Daddy Warbucks) and the Lion King Kids(Mufasa and Older Simba). Noah would like to thank his family and the entire cast and crew of Finding Nemo Jr. for their continued encouragement and support.
BAILEY ROSE DELAUTER (Pearl, u/s Nemo) is so grateful for the opportunity to be performing in Finding Nemo Jr. at Gateway! I have performed as a student at Gateway in the roles of Ariel, Olaf, Peter Pan, Scat Cat and Veruca Salt, among others. Credits: Summer Camp Wars, Welcome to Hope and an Adventureland Promo. SKYLAR GREENE (Dory) is thrilled to return to the Gateway stage. Other credits include: A Christmas Carol (Youth Ensemble, Gateway Main Stage), A Chorus Line: High School Edition (Kristine, The Gateway), Beauty and the Beast, Jr. (Babette, The Gateway), Mean Girls: High School Edition (Karen, Islip High School) and more. Skylar attended Norwalk Conservatory’s Pre-College Summer Intensive, as a singer/dancer major and is a part of the dance company at Stage Door School of Dance. SAMANTHA HAYES (Gurgle) Samantha has been performing at the Gateway Playhouse for the past 8 years. Along with participating in classes and performances here, Samantha has participated at the Norwalk Conservatory Pre-college program for the TV/Film track, as well as taken ballet at Stage Door School Of Dance. EMILY HERSHEY (Ensemble, u/s Bruce) is so grateful to be a part of the cast of Finding Nemo Jr. She has been performing since 6 years old with her first shows being Annie Kids (Ensemble) and Lion King Kids (Ensemble). Emily always seems to find room for improvement, whether it's in singing, dancing or acting. Some of Emily's credits include: Little Mermaid Jr. (Ursula), Lion King Kids (Scar), High School Musical Jr. (Cyndra), Frozen Kids (Kristoff), Lion King Jr. (Scar) and more. She spends her free time painting, doing makeup and taking care of animals. Emily would like to thank her family and friends for always supporting her and rooting for her. She would also like to thank The Gateway for bringing her dreams to reality.

BRENDYN MOLNAR (Mr. Ray, Chum, Kai) is ecstatic to be back on the Gateway stage! He has been a student of the Gateway for 4 years now and has recently come out of studying musical theater at The Norwalk Conservatory’s Precollege Program. Previous roles at the Gateway include: Les in Newsies, Kurt in Sound of Music, Malcolm in 13: The Musical and Youth Ensemble in Elf: The Musical. He would like to thank the endless support given from the Gateway as well friends and family.
ALBERT PETERSON (Marlin) is ecstatic to be back at the Gateway! Regional credits include: Friedrich (The Sound of Music), Newsboy (Gypsy), Flick u/s performed (A Christmas Story The Musical). Favorite Gateway credits include: Michael (Peter Pan), Don (A Chorus Line) Courfeyrac (Les Miserables) The Cowardly Lion (The Wizard of Oz), Gaston (Beauty and the Beast) and Jackson (the original workshop of Pierglass Park). ABIGAIL PIROZZI (Ensemble, u/s Squirt) has attended Gateway’s Performing Art School since she was four years old. Recently she was Amanda in Matilda and was in the youth ensemble of Evita. She loves being on stage and is excited to be on stage in Finding Nemo. Abigail would like to thank everyone that has come to see the show, especially her family and friends who support her. SIENNA REEFER (Peach, u/s Crush) is very excited to be part of the Gateway Playhouse’s Finding Nemo Jr.! Sienna’s recent credits include A Christmas Carol (Ensemble, u/s Martha Cratchit), Gateway’s Matilda Jr. (Ensemble, u/s Miss Honey), The Little Mermaid (Ursula), The Wizard of Oz (Dorothy), and many more! Sienna has performed in numerous acting, musical theatre, and production classes at The Gateway Playhouse Performing Arts School since 2017 and has been dancing for 10 years. (Tad) is excited for her 4th Conservatory Production! Mia has been a proud student at The Gateway School for the Performing Arts for 5 years. KIERSTEN SCHAFER
(Tad’s Mom, Ensemble) is a singer and actress who’s excited to make her Gateway debut as Tad’s Mom/Ensemble! She was most recently seen in Patchogue-Medford High School's production of Spamalot as Sir Bedevere/Galahad's Mother/Concorde. She’s so grateful to be in a production with such talented performers and have the privilege to learn under such incredible directors!
BREANNA SCHECK
(Gill) is going into her senior year of high school. She has been taking musical theater classes at Gateway for three years now. Previous shows she has been in are Beauty and the Beast Jr (Silly girl) at The Gateway, Annie (Lily St.Regis), Mary Poppins (Mrs. Correy) at Ovations dance academy, Fiddler On The Roof (Shprintze) at Sayville High School, Breanna is thrilled to be in this production surrounded by such amazing performers.
MARTY TIMLIN (Anchor, Breeze) is excited to return to the Gateway stage! Past regional credits include: Elf (Michael), A Christmas Story (Grover Dill), Beauty and the Beast (Chip), A Christmas Carol (Young Scrooge) and As You Like It (Adam). Marty has been a student at The Gateway since 2017 and has appeared in three national commercials. ADDISON WASYLYSHYN (Nemo) is excited to be returning to the Gateway Stage this summer in Finding Nemo Jr. She was most recently seen as Fan in A Christmas Carol (Gateway) and Flounder in The Little Mermaid (Gateway). Her favorite credits include Genie (Aladdin Jr.), Paulette (Legally Blonde Jr.), Patrice (13), Moana (Moana Jr.), Marta (Sound of Music), Elsa (Frozen Jr.), and Mal (Descendants). BREE WILKENS (Squirt, Ensemble) started at Gateway in June 2022. Since then she has appeared in her production classes as a Storyteller in Frozen, Zazu in Lion King and in the ensemble in Little Mermaid. Bree was in the MainStage production of Evita at Gateway this past season. Bree is excited to continue to grow as an actress in the Gateway program.
AMY WOSCHNIK
(Director) is a Long Island based director, teacher, actress, developer and collaborator. Previous credits include: Beauty and The Beast Jr., Scenes & Songs from Into The Woods, Legally Blonde, 13! The Musical (Gateway Playhouse), Election Day, North Carolina (James Lipton Theatre), What Happened Was (New York Theatre Festival), Almost Maine, Tape, The Lover, Glamping (ASDS). Amy has been teaching and directing for the Gateway Acting School for almost 10 years. KAITLYN LAGREGA (Choreographer) is a Long Island based performer who has been a part of the gateway school for the performing arts since 2019. She has taught dance while away at college and has been a dancer for 20+ years. She graduated with a BA in Musical Theater and has been teaching and performing here since then. She is so excited to have this opportunity to choreograph again for Gateways children’s theater! She had choreographed last years children’s theater production of Beauty and The Beast Jr. A huge thank you to Amy, Cass, Paul, Rachel, and all my Gateway family for their love and support. HOSUN MOON (Music Director) is the winner of the American Prize 2017-2018 for Conducting Musical Theater. She has served as Keyboard 1 chair for the North American Tour of “The Phantom of the Opera”. She has worked as a music director for numerous musicals teaching at Five Towns College, Suffolk County Community College, Long Island Lutheran Middle & High School, Huntington High School, and USDAN. Previous Gateway Shows: A Christmas Story, A Chorus Line, The Sound of Music, and Les Miserable (School Edition), she also served for a keyboard chair for On the Town, Mamma Mia!, Memphis, Beauty and the Beast, The Bodyguard, Kynky Boots, Newsies. She also served K1 chair in regional theatres: Argyle Theatre (Mamma Mia!, The Beauty and the Beast), John W. Engeman Theatre (Kynky Boots), and the American Theatre Group (Parade). Her chamber music performances with numerous ensembles have been heard in Carnegie Hall, 92nd St. Y, Merkin Concert Hall, The Riverside Church, St. John the Divine, LeFrak Concert Hall in The Aron Copland School of Music, Columbia University, Hofstra Cultural Center, Union Square Park, Bryant Park, SUNY at Stony Brook, and various churches in New York area. She also worked with the San Francisco Early Music Society Baroque Music Seminars, C. W. Post Chamber Music Festival (LIU Chamber Music Festival).
CASSIEL FAWCETT (Production Stage Manager) is absolutely thrilled to be a part of Finding Nemo Jr. at The Gateway this summer. She is a recent graduate from Pace University's Stage Management program. Previous stage management credits include The Eulogy Approach; The Gateway Playhouse: The Little Mermaid, The Cher Show, Legends of Rock, A Christmas Carol, The Wedding Singer, Summer: The Donna Summer Musical; Pace's Mainstage: The Wolves; Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead; and The Last Days of Judas Iscariot. She has also worked with DocBloc and other local theatres in NYC and on Long Island. Thank you to this amazing team for making this such a special production. JANINE LOESCH
(Costume Designer) is a New York based Costume Designer. Janine is happy to be back designing at The Gateway. Her previous designs seen at The Gateway Mainstage include As You Like It, Evita, Summer: The Donna Summer Musica land Currently Jersey Boys. Janine's favorite children's theater designs include The Wizard of Oz, and Legally Blonde, Jr. Janine was a Wardrobe Supervisor on the World Premiere Off-Broadway Production of The Last Supper, the Original Off-Broadway Production of Americano, and the Off-Broadway Production of Fiddler on the Roof: In Yiddish with English Supertitles. She received her BFA in Bridal Design from Savannah College of Art and Design, and is the owner of a small custom online boutique.
LEONARDO MIGNOLA (Sound Designer) has been working with the Gateway Playhouse for a year now and has done a variety of work including building animatronics for the Gateway haunted house, as well as working with audio and automation in several of Gateway's latest theatrical productions. You may recognize them from their performance as the legendary FAN MAN in Gateway's The Wedding Singer! Leo is grateful for the opportunity to help bring Nemo Jr to life on the Gateway stage as the audio designer.
IZZY MAGIARACINA (Wardrobe Supervisor)) is so excited to be Wardrobe Supervisor for Finding Nemo Jr! She has been involved with The Gateway for almost a decade, starring in many shows as an Acting School student, Production Assistant to Gateway’s Haunted Playhouse, and now as a Costume/ Wardrobe Apprentice. Her favorite credits include starring as Piper in original work Pierglass Park, which debuted at The Gateway in 2021. She also was the Star Dresser on Clue and Evita this season.
